Forced acceptance? No way! DELETED

Downloaded the app today. Wont let you off the first menu to do anything unless you accept their request to send new messages/ringtones each month. If you do, theres no way to opt out later. If you dont, you cant proceed to any screen to try the app out or perform any functions as this question stays on all screens in the foreground. My dead cat could make a better interface!
